- •The Undisputed Championship belt design debuted on April 1, 2002, when it was presented to Triple H on Raw, and was created by New York-based tattoo artist Keith Ciaramello — featuring an eagle atop a globe and a name plate inspired by WCW belt styling.
- •Chris Jericho was the first Undisputed Champion after defeating The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin in one night at Vengeance 2001, with legends Triple H, Hulk Hogan, The Undertaker, and Brock Lesnar also carrying the title during this design's active run through 2002.
- •The classic Undisputed Championship belt design was retired in 2005 when John Cena introduced the 'Spinner Belt' as WWE Champion, making this mini replica a tribute to that short but celebrated 2002–2005 era.
- •The official WWE mini replica of this belt measures 12 inches in length, is cast from a mould of the original title, and features zinc alloy plates with acrylic rhinestone accents on a polyurethane strap.
