• •The blue strap replaced the original red strap used since the title's 2016 debut, and also switched the WWE logo's underline from black to red for better contrast against the new strap color.
• •Roman Reigns wore this blue-strap design throughout his record 1,316-day Universal Championship reign — the longest in the title's history — before unifying it with the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 38 in 2022.
