- •The Spinner design this mini belt miniaturizes debuted on April 11, 2005, when John Cena introduced it after winning his first WWE Championship at WrestleMania 21, replacing the Undisputed-era design.
- •Although the Spinner was originally a custom belt for Cena's hip-hop persona, it became the WWE Championship's primary design from April 12, 2005, all the way until February 18, 2013—making it the longest-running WWE Championship look in history.
- •During his second reign in 2006, Edge introduced his own 'Rated R Spinner' variation, swapping the spinning WWE scratch logo for his Rated-R Superstar logo, despite personally despising the spinner design and having sketched a completely different custom belt he preferred.
- •The Spinner design was carried by a wide range of champions beyond Cena, including Edge, Randy Orton, Triple H, Jeff Hardy, Batista, CM Punk, and The Miz—who famously turned the fixed logo upside down so it resembled an 'M' during his 2010–2011 reign.
